I agree. Last night was a fluke. I had a hard time watching the game with all the stupid hurricane katrina nonsense. That shit was a year ago, they've already had all the hype. Get over it. Every single minute of the supposed "game" was taken up by useless banter about shit that has absolutely nothing to do with football. I almost muted it and just listened to the radio while watching it. It was horrible.

its funny watching people get all pissed cause the falcons got killed in every aspect of the game. Falcons are good, but nearly as good as the media plays them up to be. Plain and simple if Vick isnt having a good night they might as well head for the locker room and call it a night cause no one else on that team can handle the load. Dunn is a very good back, but last night proved that if Vick isnt a threat, either is he.

ummm WTF media outlet are you watching, because all ive heard this whole offseason is how the panthers are gonna go to the super bowl blah blah, the cowboys and TO, blah blah...nobody picked the falcons to do anything this year. the media started jumpin on the bandwagon after the first 2 games, because the falcons were straight up runnin through ppl...of course the media is gonna talk about them after that
and the bears arent all that this year either, they BARELY beat minnesota
but they did beat them. The talk started after they won games against teams that people suspected in the OFFSEASON were going to be SB contenders. Regular season is different than the offseason. Everything I've been seeing after the Carolina game is how much improved the Falcons are this year and how they are a sure NFC contender.
On a bright note, maybe they just took the saints for granted and didnt prepare for the game. We will know for sure in the 3 games after the bye week.

Well, they finally let Vick throw.Tho they still tried to give the game back late in the 4rth. But I'll take it.lol Defense looked aggressive for 1st tiem in awhile. Tho Falcons still play too much damn zone.

Vicks accuracy was right on yesterday, when they one the coin toss in over time I knew we had it, the Bengals game next weekend is gonna be tough though but if they play as aggressive as they did yesterday I know we will pull it out and it will put us at 5-2, now the damn saints need to lose a game so we will have a chance at being number one in our division.
His accuracy has been "right on" for the most part of the season. Most of the time the recievers just wouldn't catch the ball. And it was extra frustrating when even Crumpler was doing it, dropping 2 passes for easy TD's in earlier games. Glad to see everyone was on the same page yesterday though. It's a shame that there are 2 interceptions charged to him on good passes tho, but I think 4 TD's more than make up for it.
This was by far, the most intense game this season (for us anyways). So awesome!

Although 1 of the interceptions was actually a little flicker pass that he just put wayyy too much on, Vick did very well.
The Falcons looked really good.
I about came through the TV when they pulled that BS on the winning FG before OT. It was clear that the official didn't blow until AFTER the snap. That was total BS. We won anyway, but damn.
Cincinnati is not going to be a push over next week. Although they've lost 2 out 3 of the last games, they're really a good team. Atlanta is going to have to play like they did yesterday. All intensity, no giving in. Even if they score, we come back to score. They screw up, we capitalize.
Im really excited for this Falcons/Bengals game, the Bengals were on fire in the beggining of the season and this will be another tough one for the Falcons, I think they are gonna rise to the occasion though and do the same thing they did last week, maybe they found the intensity they were looking for.
hell yea, but im pissed man, up here in charlotte, im usually off sundays and falcon games are never on tv cause of the damn panthers, but the panthers play dallas on sun night on nbc so the falcons-bungles game is on tv, but....of course i have to fuckin work this sunday

AFN is the shit except for the pro-military comercials. They are extra cheesy and they get very repetitive, as far as programming goes they have really good shows on, most of my favorites from before I came to Iraq come on here.
I can't wait til we play the Saints again- at home...
Hopefully, it'll be a totally diff game from last time!
