You can either play it online againest other players, or you can play it online as a co-op with other players or you can just play it by yourself...
In fact I cant really think of a game to compare it to...

lol know you see my problem, i cant get a good grasp of this game, since i have nothing to compare it to. I understand its an RPG, from reveiws and preveiws and such. So mostly you lvl your char playing the computer, then you can go online to play people in battles for stuff and such. But my way of saying its like Everquest i meant that its all online, that you wonder a world you pay for online, and lvl there!
ya pretty much, but the game play is different from that of everquest and WoW and such because of the UI and you dont have to fishing and use other skills you just have you stats to worry about instead of what is my blacksmithing skill at...I enjoy D2 better that WoW.
I would try to find someone that lives near you that has it and ask to borrow it or watch them play it or something...
