What stage do you have to be at to do swaps? Or am I just missing it somewhere?

No you can swap in career, it's just on certain cars.
Hmmm oh well, I have a few Honda's, Few Acura's, MR2 Turbo, Talon Turbo, etc and I never get that option, oh well...lol

Buy you a Z06 and you'll have the option to put the C5R 7.0l in it... if not, I guess they messed up and gave you the one and only jewish copy = )
