    Well, I've been off the Playstation platform for quite some time now. Xbox was turning out better games, and I couldnt justify owning a playstation 2 anymore for just a few quality titles.

    Once I get back, I'll probably pick up the 360, and put the PS3 on pre-order.

    I saw the trailer to Halo 3, and meh....still looks good, but Metal Gear looks to be a really good game.

    Never been a fan of the Halo series. Played Halo 1 and 2 and didnt see anything great about it. But im probably spoiled from having a PC that can play high end FPSs. Pretty much the only reason I tried buying an Xbox besides Forza. Sorry but in the racing department, Sony and Polyphony Digital got it on lockdown and will always have that market in my opinion. I didnt buy a Xbox360 because I wanted to wait for the PS3, and I definatly will with talks of Vision Gran Turismo.

    Well, Nintendo's Revolution...uhh. I mean "Wii" is starting to look very promising....and it's suppose to be considerably cheaper than Xbox360 and PS3...they are making a new duck hunt and mario.....so that has me sold.

    Duck Hunt and Mario were cool when I was like 10, but its gonna take more than that for me to buy Nintendos console. Every since Golden Eye and Perfect Dark got old for the N64, I havent touched a Nintendo controller since.

    nah man...it's all about old school....and if it's as cheap as they say....I'll get it for just the hell of it, because you know they will sell some package disc that has all the old school nintendo games.

    The Multiplayer from MGS3: Subsistence is a lot of fun IMO. If they expand on that for MGS4(Which I'm sure they will) then replayability shouldn't be a problem. Halo 3 looks cool, but they need to change it up at least a little bit. I can't justify spending $400+ for more of the same. Gears of War looks badass though. Also, Grand Theft Auto 4 will be debuting on PS3 and 360 at the same time. That will probably take a good bit of the wind out of Sony's sail seeing that GTA4, MGS4, ans GT4 were going to be their flagship titles. I'm still looking forward to launch though. Besides, who needs to pick favorites when you can own both systems?

    Agreed to the thing about Halo being a mediocre FPS... after being a serious PC gamer, Halo just is nothing outstanding as far as FPS goes... but another thing about Polyphony...they released a game back in the day on PSX called Omega Boost...holy hell that game was badass... I wish they would do another mech game...

    and the PS3 will reign the console market with the Nintendo WII... that's why Microsoft pulled a Sega...and released their system 10 months before everyone else...in attempt to shorthand the market.

    Come on there is no comparison. XBox been out for about 3 year and Playstation for how long and how many freaking games. NO doubt I'm getting the PS3. Can't wait

    FUCK the ps3, u have to have a hd-tv TO PLAY A PS3 GAME. 500 for the system and another 500-800 for the t.v. I will stick with the 360
