Xbox 360 worth buying?
Welp, 360 owners, need your advice quickly.. My buddy just bought a 360 the other day and I was playing Fight Night round 3 over there with him and online and it was fucking bad ass.. But in yalls opinion is it worth buying? I'm thinkin' about goin' and getting one tomorrow, along with Ghost Recon.. Lemme know yalls opinions..
I really want a next gen system by the time NCAA and Madden come out (July and August) so I'm thinkin I'll just go with the 360 instead of waiting for the PS3.

try any Target store they are in the ad this week. and most stores should of got a couple in. still same price though.
My homeboy has one and the fuckin graphics on Ghost Recon are flawless. Its so real it makes me paranoid while I'm playing it. I'm gonna wait til ps3 comes out so that I can compare, but I definitely would get one if I had the money right now.

I was planning on waiting for the PS3, but it doesn't come out til November... NCAA comes out in July, and Madden comes out in August.... nuff said lol.

Yup. From what I've seen, most stores have them in now. Or atleast get them in pretty regularly.
360 FTW, I really liked C.O.D.2 great game, ghost Reacon was kick ass, most wanted is a daily played game still at my place. that snowboarding game is Gay, and perfect dark, I dont think was very good, i did not even play enough to beat,.
I cant wait for moto Gp to come out.

Ummm, no clue what area you are in... But both the cumberland mall and the barrett pkwy (not the one in the mall, the one down near mountasia) both had premiums in stock this week.
Fry's Electronics has them. i love mine. Oblivion is cool, But Project Gotham 3 and Call of Duty 2 are the best online to me.
I ended up takin' Call of Duty 2 back and exchanging it for NBA 2k6. CoD2 was pretty much exactly like the PC version (which I already have), I had heard/thought the game was alot different, but it's pretty much exact same. I just bought PGR on ebay, so hopefully it's as good as all the reviews lol.

sorry, but based on stats the PS3 is superior...I think that PS3 is gonna give them a run for their money
not knocking the 360 in anyway, it is a badass machine and I want one...but I think as far as performance the ps3 is gonna be better
I spent a lot of dough on the core system, hard drive, extra controller, 3 games, memory card... and I must say...I wish it was cheaper. I still think it's too pricey... in my opinion, wait for it to come down, the awe factor of the system goes down after about 3 weeks of playing it.

Project Gotham Racing 3
Fight Night 3
...pretty much the only games worth buying at this point. Everything else like CoD 2 / Ghost Recon (GRAW) .. I have seen/played before on the PC.
I played GRAW on my friend's 360, it might be justifiable as a purchase, but $60 is a lot for a game, and you will probably get sick/frustrated of this game to put it down eventually...
just looking at a financial standing point, I tend to buy things and drop them too quick enough to get the money's worth out of it... almost considered about selling my 360 because I don't play it enough since school.
Almost bought FFXI for 360, but I caught myself by saying no to crack.
Stats don't really matter... I buy systems for games. To me, games still make the system. Mainly why I still have a PS2 with a bunch of import games, rpg's, and old school titles like Metal Slug.
What's good hardware without good games?
I'm probably going to end up buying a Nintendo Revolution as well as PS3, but I'm going to wait this time around for decent games to come out, because when I camped for a PS2 and got those release titles...

Maybe it's just me, but it takes a lot for me to deem a game good...after playing so many games from the old days of Atari 2600, Commodore 64, NES, SNES, GENESIS, etc etc...
Seeing the new system will be pricey for the PS3... and I can't drop $1000 as much as I'd like... I say wait systems out until you see a game worth playing...and buy the system for it.
