when it comes to female rappers L-Boogie is nice hands down she is the full package and she single handledly carried the fugees whack asses. but when it comes to straight lyrics i think it is a toss up between Remy martin and Rah Digga. remy has been killin' for a minute and digga is ill on the mic she just needs the right marketing and promotion.
