I don't know if they are, but at one point the Raiders were considering him too. Randy Moss basically said "absolutely not."
If the Raiders end up signing T.O. I might start rooting for a different team.

Never going to happen. We had a chance at Moss, who is a BETTER reciever, with less baggage, and we passed on him. Noway T.O will ever be a Falcon.
Regardless T.O. is a good ass reciever, but we all know, that mofo's attidtude is pittifull. I can see him aa a Falcon, only if he shows respect and doesnt show his attitude.

The only reason I even watch the Falcons is Warrick Dunn. Burn me if you want but Michael Vick sucks. He can throw a mile and he can run as fast as a cheetah but he just doesn't have it between the ears. They need to trade him while he still has some value and get an offensive line or a good safety. He might would make a decent running back but Dunn nad Duckett are all the Falcons need. Matt Schaubb is a well rounded quarterback that with some experience, could be one of the best in the leauge.
What does this have to do with Terrell Owens? By the way, nothing against Warrick Dunn... but dude is getting old, and Duckett.... until he realizes that he's a beast, and quits tip toeing around, will never live up to his potential. So ya.... we need more than Dunn and Duckett.... but we dont need T.O lol...
Vick was fine until he started listening to the critics that said all he can do was run. the falcons were 6-1 after that miami game where he tried to prove the critics wrong and threw for like 270 yds. but after that we went 2-7. yeah vick was having good games as far as passing yds, but we were losing. i say bring back dan reeves, he let vick do what he did best.

I saw T.O. last night at Stoney River in Roswell. He was wearing a jump suit with a backwards ball cap. What a punk!!! I wanted to say something to him but my parents said they wouldn't pay for meal if I did. I tried taking pics with my camera phone but it was too hard and they didn't come out.
