    Default Counterstrike people

    I just recently bought Counterstrike:Source. Ive never played CS but want to get into the game. It seems that Source is just an expansion to the game is this true?Do I need to buy CS itself?TIA

    Source is a completely redone version of CS and is not an expansion. Its got better graphics different skins and other goodies but it didnt spark my interest in CS again, I used to play all the time lol

    I installed the game and cant find where to open it up. The only thing that comes up is Steam. And in my games its not there. Any ideas?

    Iam having trouble running half-life 2. It keeps locking up on me. I got a brand new computer 1.73 GHz, 512 Ram and a video card. Any thoughts?

    I'd rather play CS (any version) for money than race for money... at any local LAN center. 1 vs 1 on any duel-style map (fy_iceworld, any aim map, etc.)... or 5 vs 5 CAL-style.

    The reason I say at a LAN center is to discourge cheaters. =]
