No way in hell the Falcons part ways with him anytime in the forseeable future. He isnt have a very good season, but either is anyone else on the team. He has played very well a couple times this year and they still lost. It is time to start parting ways with the aging talent to try to free up some money for 1 or 2 big name free agents on the defense and O line though.

I compare Jackson to what the Pats did with Amendola and ill get back to that in a minute.
I saw this coming the day I heard the Falcons signed him. He has never been able to stay healthy and IMO he is only a slightly above average back to begin with.

Johnny Manziel has no shot in the NFL if they want him to be a pocket passer. He might be OK between injuries in Philly, but he will never been a long term NFL pocket QB.

The draft is where teams that win year after year are built. If the Falcons are serious about rebuilding they need to bump the top 7 pick they are playing themselves into right now in exchange for a late round first and early 3rd rounder, maybe late 2nd rounder. They dont need elite talent right now they need guys that can pull their weight and contribute for 16 weeks. After this year Osi should be gone. I would probably say goodbye to Jackson, Snelling, and whatever defensive secondary guys you can get away from without a huge cap hit.
