    SIN

In my other league, this is my lineup

    Drew Brees
    Adrian Peterson
    Law Firm
    Edelman
    Julio Jones
    Witten
    Gostowski
    SEAHAWKS DEF

Now, its a 12 team league with only 4 bench players, and theres literally garbage out there. My bench
    Pierre Thomas
    James Jones
    Sidney Rice
    Eli Manning
    Ruben Randle

My only problem is do I start Thomas over law firm? IM thinking of just sticking with what I have. I think Edelman will have a good night tonight but I expect the Patriots to RUN the ball heavily. Ridley should have a monster game. Im pretty set with everyone else, I dont know if Thomas is a better option than Law Firm (law firm wont give me big numbers, but maybe a GoalLine TD).

    Thoughts?

NO FLEX PLAYERS in this league so RB have to be RB.

I'd probably start the firm. He's consistently mediocre, should be good for 50-60 yards and you might get lucky with a TD. Vs the Steelers, he'll probably get the bulk of the touches since he's the between the tackles RB. Steelers bottled up Chris Johnson last week but struggled to stop Jackie Battle between the tackles. If i saw it, i'm sure the Bengals saw it too.

I know you asked Sin this, but between his answer and the Bucs have had a pretty good run defense the last few seasons.

If the lions rb Bell is still out on the waiver wire pick him up. I expect the lions to cruise this week and run the ball a lot in the 2nd half. Expect Bell to get about 18 carries for 65 yards and a TD.

the problem with my team, is Im only stacked in 1 slot per position.

I really need another RB, but i have Adrian Peterson. SO what am I supposed to do trade AP for 2 OK RBs?

I really need another WR, but I have Julio Jones, so trading Julio Jones for a RB doesnt really help me either.

I guess i have to hope that AP puts up enough numbers it offsets my second RB and weak WR

the only good news is every other team is the same as me, or close to it.

If guys are stacked at RB, they have top 20-40 WRs. Pretty balanced league

What RBs does the guy in your league who has Lesean Mccoy have?

The only way i'd trade AP would be for Mccoy +1.

yeah he doesnt have anything I really want. Thats the issue, hard to orchestrate trades like in our league.

Almost any moves dont really make you better.

This league will be won by Waiver Wire LUCK, i suspect guys who have abnormal huge bye weeks, like say, Hartline has a 3 TD game will decide the winner

Everyone is projected within 1-2 points of each other all over the league too

Be careful wth AP this week. Bears defense is not going to respect Ponder and will leave the corners in man to man coverage with MAYBE 1 high safety, everyone else will be in the box to make sure its Ponder that beats them.

Part of the benefit of having Tom Brady is that you dont need a backup. Having Pryor as a backup is like having a doughnut spare on the back of a tank.

As long as you're talking about the one in the flex spot, we might could arrange something.

There's no way i would trade either RB for any defense. Both of those RBs are avg top 10 draft picks. No defense in the NFL is worth trading a 1st tier RB for. Seahawks avg draft position, 84th.

Never expected you to do that one. Its about value though. I am solid at RB and weak on defense. Going to cost you a lot more to weaken me at defense than my counter which will actually project to be in your favor by about 80 points through the season.

Your biggest weak spot is TE, i have the best TE you could possibly get. Not to mention, when we face in the playoffs, your #1 pick is going to be throwing to two players on my team. Your chances of beating me with Manning at QB when i have 1/2 of Manning's targets is pretty slim.

Last year the #1 defense didnt even rank in the top 25 of points scored. In 2012, Eric Decker scored more fantasy points than the Seahawks defense.

Its not about total points though. Its about point differential between what you give up and what you get. My TEs aren't good but the point differential doesn't work in my favor.

RGIII puts up better fantasy stats, who cares what his W/L record is.

I agree with McCoy vs Charles, but the difference isnt huge.

Thomas was a no name before last week. Eifert will take over the top TE spot in Cinci this year. I just cant afford to wait for it to happen.

I guess i'll let Thomas put up a few more 20+ point games and then we'll step back to the negotiating table.
