I don't know. Although I like the TWD series, I don't think I'd break contract with Dish over that one show. I've been with them for well over 10 years and get pretty good perks with that. TWD is the only thing I watch on AMC so I don't want to more for less with another company. I'll watch the episodes online when they are available for viewing. It's usually only a couple of days after first airing.

I had Dish less than 6 months before dumping them. Every time it MIGHT rain, I would lose signal for hours.
Everything is available online these days. I think Hulu Plus has AMCHD and thats cheap.
I've had less than a dozen times in the 12 years (I looked it up) that I've lost signal due to weather and of those times, less than half a dozen were any longer than 20-30 minutes. Never once for longer than half an hour, though.
On the AMC site, I believe you can watch it for free. I'll just log on through the PS3 and watch it so I can see it on a good TV.

I liked the first episode of season 3. It was a great was to introduce the season...and that's with loads of zombie killing!

I am in the same boat but still manage to see the show only minutes after its gone off by searching that nights episode. I found hundreds of Google links to the series premier the same night
Carol needs to die I hate that little prick. Season 2 should be renamed " where's carol".
Love the show I've been a fan since I saw the 1st episode premier.
They need to change days and throw this show up on Thursday nights. I feel really bad looking forward to sundays.
And this is why I stay with where I feel best. Dish has brought back AMC. And now we won't miss any of this show as, as you know, AMC shows the previous week's episode before the new one. I knew it would get worked out fairly quickly.

Last week, the only Sunday show with higher ratings was Sunday Night Football. No one wants to miss out on that cash.
This week sucked but when rick said "Shit happens" I knew it was about to and was great lol
Seems like they just spent a second full episode building up the season without anything significant happening. On top of that, the episode didnt really make sense at times.
They run into the cafeteria with walkers breathing down their neck, yet they are gone after only a couple minutes in there.
The 'leader' had a 6 shot snub nosed revolver and was quick to use it. No way he still had bullets left after 10 months. And why does a guard have a revolver to start with?
They know there are walkers inside the corridors. Why not lure them to a locked door and pick them off 1 at a time. Its slow and messy work, but relatively free of danger.
The new bad ass Rick is nice to see. In a situation like that though, it stands to reason that outsiders wouldnt be welcome at all. I just dont see Rick giving up weapons, or sharing the food. He would have killed the prisoners immediately and taken what they had.
I stayed up all night one day last week with my girl to watch all of season 2 and the first two episodes of the new season so she could catch up. It was a great experience lol. Speaking of badass Rick one of my favorite moments is where Glenn, Rick, and Hershel are in the bar in season 2 and Rick quick draws and those two Philly guys. That was awesome! I need to get a GIF of that haha

So far this season is really lacking. Something better pick up soon. I dont even know that we got anything meaningful from this episode at all.
With the mid-season finale being last night, I'm a little on the fence with this season. Didn't bother me that Lori is gone, she was annoying. Sucks that T-dog is gone, and with the finale ending as it did, I'm going to start losing interest if they kill off more main characters especially Daryl.
naH Merle will save his brother some how and get killed and die for him and it will be a like "Look what i did for you lil bro" moment/
That would ruin Merle for me. Always liked him.
What I do see happening is that Daryl and Merle manage to get out of there and Daryl brings him back to the prison. Meryl helps and likely dies in the fight against the Gov. If he doesnt die, next season he fills in for Shane as Rick's 'enemy' within the group. If Merle does die, I see Tyrese filling that 'enemy' role.
I see merle going out in a blaze of glory. He kills the governor and is fatally wounded/bit or something along those lines.
That way he and daryl have that "I know I wasnt there for you growing up daryl, but I made the ultimate sacrafice for you" kind of reconsiliation moment. To me thats the only way you put closure on their relationship. Because I don't see merle co existing with rick.
Te Governor has a longer role in the series/comics he just now gets his patch and becomes and real psycho path. Kinda just really getting starteted assuming it follows the comics...
Merl has to die within the next few episodes once it returns cause he has no place in the show now and is another foe for the group still.
Merle is a survivor first. He will do what has to be done to survive the Gov first. He will be a good boy as long as it benefits him. As soon as the gov is gone, that will change.

Tonights episode was a total waste of time and just boring
Yeah I gave up on the walking dead last week. That show is wack. I've been watching The Americans and Vikings. Waiting on Game of Thrones.
