Slang has defiantly changed Ive been a sneaker head since I was 16 and that was 03-04, and the lingo has certainly changed. I've been out for 3yrs and just got back in june of last yr, and it's a bit different now. I remember being able to go to the mall at 12 in the afternoon and shoes still be available, now u gotta camp out and get p 10hrs before the mall opens to try and get a pair of J's. This yr has been rediculess when it comes to exclusive shoe releases, prices are getting a bit out of hand as well, I think I'm got to stop buying J' and just start getting back into AirMax 90's and other trainers/running shoes. Resellers have completely ruined the shoe game in the last 2yrs...

I went out this evening trying to see what I could find.. Olympic 7 were gone every place I visited today...nothing else caught my I today... I did see some Navy Blue reebok classics w/ brown sole.. Almost bought.. But I will wait.. I had them about 15 years ago..

All local HOH should be getting them. I'm also oing to check with wish on Moreland his week to see how they will be doing there release.
I'm also going to call up my HOH connect and see ow many pairs they will be getting if it's going to be a small amount (less then 20) I'm just oing to buy off eBay next week. That way if I get a the pack locally I can flip and make double my money back from the eBay purchase.

Nike requires you to have a business and a storefront to get the SBs and other shoes. So its not so easy. i need someone INSIDE nike or finishline or Footlocker HOH that can get me shoes and hold me a pair

I have a HOH connect but I dnt like to abuse it, I only cop 1 pair for myself and leave some for the rest of the true sneaker heads out there. I dnt want to try and take advange of him since we've been friends since the 5th grade and I know that I will have my shoes on lock, it just sucks having to wait 3-4 days for them to show up from Miami. I'm not a big fan of reselling because the shit has just gotten out of hand the last 2yrs, I used to cop a few pairs and sell them to fund the next few releases Now it's just crazy. I remember being 2nd in line at champs when the concords released last yr and there was an old lady behind me with 2 other people that were going to all buy for the resell value, I can't knock there hustle but I just hate it cuz Nike is really starting to limit the pairs of Jordan's they make and a lot of true sneaker heads miss out due to the resellers.
I remember when u could walk in the mall in the middle of the day and they would still have plenty of shoes, I remember when j's use to cost $129 before tax... Those were the good days...

I never let retro J's slide when I see them after the release date, last time I did that was on the true blues and I've been regretting it ever since, I'm still on the hunt for a pair for the right price. I meet up with a dude Friday from Solecollector to buy some Olympic 6's and the dumb ass sold the size 11.5 and brought a size 11 with him. Pissed me off since I was getting them for $180, and I even text him later that day to confirm they were an 11.5
If I wouldve known 2 years .. Crap, 5 years ago..I would've made some purchases.. Time are changing.. Fast..
Shit I was heavy in the game 5yrs ago and I got out cuz I wanted to focus on my car, sold all my shoes which I really regret more then anything else. Soo many J's, soo much money lost.... Oh well just gonna have to stock back up lol
