I'll be honest, I just sign up and let it automatically run most of the time. Worst case scenario, you don't do shit and see where you land. But it's pretty easy once you get in. I always let it do automatic draft. As far as in the season goes, you can go into your starters and substitute them out. The league will let you know who on your team is injured so you can do that.
