It's not the speed that kill's its the sudden stop at the end.
Titans fan here...our offseason was pretty decent..wish we didnt pursue manning and would have been able to get an even better defense and possibly a new/better center.

It's not as simple as "because Tebow left". Yes, i would take Tebow's career vs the last 2 of Peyton's career, time will tell if that would be a good decision or not. They could have kept Peyton and Tebow, they didnt have to trade him. If the Bronco's said "fuck this guy, we hate him, im trading him the first chance i get" i would have more respect for them. They didnt, they lied down the very last second. Broncos had no reason to trade Tebow. 4-12 team went to the 2nd round of the playoffs with a rookie QB. No other 1st round QB in the history of the NFL would have been traded under those circumstances.
Ive actually never done fantasy, but me an some guys do $10 a week pick to win tournaments. Basically just pick winners and losers and MNFL score for tie breaker.
Id be down to do fantasy league though!
Im a patriots fan, and i think they are in the Superbowl this year. Easiest schedule, stronger team, Brady has maybe 2 years left tops , Giants got weaker, etc.

Bears are going to struggle in the O line again this year, but I think they improve toward the end of the season. Cutler and company just dont work well with the Martz offense.
Defense will be solid early but wear down come December. As much of a Urlacher fan that I am, it is time to start transitioning in some new blood there to keep him fresh late in the season.
Hopefully Hester gos back to returning all kicks and has less offensive duties. He is a game changer as a returner, forgettable as a receiver.
I was talking about this to a friend of mine. Pats really need to improve their running game and O line if they want Brady for more than a couple more years. I just dont see Brady going to decrepit like Favre did so unless they can show they can protect him, Pats lose Brady younger than his play would dictate.
I find this VERY hard to believe. I was thinking 4 years or so.
I will stick with the Packers again.. However, I think the 49ers got this next season..Detroit will be good.. Patriots will whoop some ass like always and lose the most important game.. Denver will be a .500 team..carolina will also have a good year... Shit, this year is going to be good.

I'll be honest, I just sign up and let it automatically run most of the time. Worst case scenario, you don't do shit and see where you land. But it's pretty easy once you get in. I always let it do automatic draft. As far as in the season goes, you can go into your starters and substitute them out. The league will let you know who on your team is injured so you can do that. Ive never done fantasy but basically:
Its like an all star team. You start with a draft, and you draft players you think will score you points. In this case it looks like Auto Draft so the league will draft players for you.
Before each week you have to set a "lineup" usually consisting of a starting QB, 2x WR,2x RB, TE, Placekicker, usually 1 defensive player and i think you get a flex RB/WR. These guys score points. YOu could have Tom Brady, Adrian Peterson, Randy Moss, etc all from different teams but what they do in their individual games effect your Fantasy teams standings.
Scoring is usually:
Scoring
Players earn their team points based on their performance in their weekly games; for example, each touchdown counts as 6 points, a certain number of yards gained counts for points, and so on. In almost all cases, players earn points for passing, rushing, and receiving yards. Passing yards (sometimes touchdowns as well) typically earn about half as many points as rushing/receiving yards, since QBs normally get many more. Negative points are also usually given for turnovers, and kickers earn points for field goals and extra points (sometimes negative points for missed kicks). Bonuses can also be given for exceptionally good performances, like a QB throwing for over 300 yards, or a kicker making a long field goal. Team defenses earn points for things like sacks, turnovers, safeties, etc. Individual defensive players typically do not earn points for team-wide stats such as keeping the opponent under a certain score or yardage total, but rather for tackles or turnovers made.
A typical scoring format follows. Again, there are many variations used:
1 point for 25 passing yards
1 point for 10 rushing yards
1 point for 10 receiving yards
6 points for a touchdown
4 points for a passing touchdown
-2 points for every interception thrown or fumble lost
1 point for each extra point made
3 points for each 0-39 yard field goal, 4 points for each 40-49 yard field goal, and 5 points for each 50+ yard field goal
2 points per turnover gained by defense
1 points per sack by the defense
2 points for a safety by defense
6 points for each touchdown scored by defense
2 points for each blocked kick[9]
Most of my friends get huge swings from defensive players like a pick 6 etc. Or if you have Tom Brady and he averages 3 TDs a game or 400-500 yards a game lol Its luck of the draw.
Now there are more "players" that their are players in the league obviously. So weekly there is a waiver wire where you can change your people out for other available people. So if you think this week Tim Tebow is going to have a better week than Matt Leinhart, then you can claim Tebow off waivers if hes available and send Matt Leinhart out. BUT you lose Matt Lenihart (if someone else picks him up).
You can also propose trades with other teams, like offer me Tebow for Tom Brady or vice versa.
