Not lebron, ask around, do some research on him. People back it up over and over again. Super nice, super polite, very giving and charitable, etc. THE DECISION, which is what caused the whole negative image of him, was merely for him to raise over a million dollars to give to the boys and girls clubs of America. IIRC they built like 15 new facilities with that money. He didnt make a dime off that telecast.

My GF works for Coke and i have personally witnessed him donating shoes to them to give away to under privledged needy youths.

Tebow makes probably 1/50th of what Lebron makes and he built a hospital for children before he purchased a home. That's the difference in someone who wants to change the world vs someone doing PR work. Lebron donating a million dollars to something is like me handing a homeless guy the change from my pockets. The NBA all but requires you to give to charity, they set up and arrange charitable things for players to participate in..... why? because this is the result it yields.... people thinking Lebron is a "stand up guy".

and besides... this still doesnt change his personality. If i was rich, id give to charity. It wouldnt change anything about my personality. I'd still be the same asshole i am, id just happen to be an asshole who gave to charity.

Instead you want to cheapen LBJ actions by saying "oh he has free shoes who cares if he gives them away" or "who cares if he gave away a million dollars, hes rich" or "he never finished school so who cares if he tells people to stay in school".

if i didnt know any better...... id say youre getting angry about this. That's the only reason you'd stray so far from the topic as to start comparing the athletic attributes of these 2 players. Magic Johnson was one of the greatest players ever... cheated on his wife.. got aids. Micheal Jordan is the greatest player ever... cheated on his wife several times. Kobe is one of the greatest players ever.... allegedly raped a girl and at the very least, cheated on his wife also. Pete Rose is one of the greatest players ever........ all of these men in their respective sports are more "talented" then Tebow, and that has absolutely nothing to do with their character or personality and doesnt have any effect what so ever on me saying that Tebow is a better person than Lebron. He is....... and if Lebron goes on to win 19 championships.... and Tebow gets cut tomorrow and never takes another snap, he still will be.

Floyd Mayweather is probably the most talented boxer ever. He does tons of charity work. Cooks meals for the homeless, donates money... does all sorts of things. Yet he beats women and is one of the most low life dirt bags walking the planet..... his talent doesnt change that.
