I agree with the first part of this. It takes years to get that ranking. Steve Smith isn't even one of the best right now. He keeps putting up the numbers he has been, though, he damn sure will be. Also, Johnson isn't really even better than Smith this year. He has more TD receptions and that's about it. Smith dominates Johnson statistically.
The second part is pure speculation on your part. Sure Smith went to the SB, but it really doesn't mean too much if you can't complete the task. To say Johnson will never make it is kind of risky. I think he'll end up there. I doubt it will be with the Lions, but he'll make it. Later, QD.
