when you make comparisons from one SINGLE player to another SINGLE player, you can't go by their superbowl rings. This is a team game! You go by how they play with what they have!

I have to agree here. Take Dan Fouts, for example. He played his entire 15 seasons with San Diego. Not one Super Bowl appearance. But he was named on the All-80's team, he's a Hall of Famer, and a number of other accolades. This guy was a beast on the field. I'd take him over probably 90% of the active (now) QBs.
