Lot of wasted money on that list.......................

The only player on that list worth the money is Tom Brady.
Bad call. Patriots without brady, still made the playoffs. Colts without peyton, no wins. Brady is great but he has the best coach in the nfl and always had rock solid teams.

And bradford is on a horrible team, not everybody falls into a great receiver like cough::cam newton::cough

I agree with the first part of this, I hope you are joking about cam newton having great receivers, he has steve smith, thats its dont forget they were total shit last year and this is 90% the same team with the addition of cam and look like a totally different team on offense...just another cam newton hater though

So we're comparing QBs based on how their teams play when theyre not on the field?

I'd take Brady over Manning any day. Not an insult to Manning..... as i would probably take Brady over any QB in NFL history and i think when its all said and done, Brady will be regarded as the best who ever played the position. The team comparisons are nonsense... Brady turns his WRs into stars. The Colts have had equally stacked teams over the years.

A more accurate statement might be that Steve Smith is the most talented receiver in the Carolinas. Let me make that more clear. The most talented receiver in the NFL in the Carolinas. As great a receiver he is, he's not the most talented for sure.

I have to agree here. Take Dan Fouts, for example. He played his entire 15 seasons with San Diego. Not one Super Bowl appearance. But he was named on the All-80's team, he's a Hall of Famer, and a number of other accolades. This guy was a beast on the field. I'd take him over probably 90% of the active (now) QBs.

I don't know about the best ever in the position, but he will, no doubt, go down as one of the best. Later, QD.

In the carolinas? Lmao. Name 3 more talented receivers in the nfl right now. Do u guys really think we would be mentioning cam newton if steve smith was not there? Have you seen the plays he's made on poorly thrown balls by newton? You must not get enough chances to watch steve smith play, he is the shortest #1 receiver in the nfl and plays just as big as all of them!

I live in Atlanta where the major market is the Atlanta Falcons, so no, as much as I want to, I don't get to see Carolina play that often.

But I do have you here, though. Smith is NOT the shortest number 1 receiver. Later, QD.

Name them. #1 receiver, not a slot receiver or a return specialist.....
