    I mean he just keeps getting off the hook for everything cause people are scared of him.
    Everyone who knows death row and its history he Killed Eazy E,Tupac and they believe now Biggie.
    Most recent he has issued threats toward snoop dog and Ice Cube..
    What is keeping him from getting capped or just shanked idk
