Ok I found out some more info

if you were lucky enough to order yesterday you SHOULD get your iPhone on delivery date (June 24)

however my mom ordered hers online this morning around 9am before apple and AT&T shut down the preorders and she was given a receive date of July 19th!

Looks like they oversold BIG TIME
