    but yea about the non-cash games, we had a tournament at our school a few weeks ago, 10 dollar buy in, there was 65 ppl, and the winner got an ipod. the only way the school legally did it, was cuz they didnt give out cash prizes.

    I dont think international waters have a gaming commission. I would never gamble on a boat because of that reason. The movie is great though.
