    Default Brave Trades?

    I think they should trade for Lind and Hil from the Blue Jaysl. Both are 30+ hr guys and young enough to learn a different position if needed.

    Braves trade Rafael Soriano to the Rays for some bum looking "prospect" named Jesse Chavez. I know they're trying to free up some money, but my lord this just looks like a terrible trade for the Braves.

    My only hope is that the prospect pitcher Vizcaino turns out to be a real beast in a few years.... otherwise we got totally raped in this deal.

    i dont think so, should fair out well for us. vazquez is a free agent after next year, melky isnt a great player but the 2 prospects are what makes the deal sweet for us, Arodis Vizcaino is the #1 pitching prospect out of the yankees farm system. and it depends on how we use up that $9 million we save also helps out our roster.

    rumor is we signed troy glauss for cheap

    Glaus strikes out alot, and hits for low average. Pretty much an all or nothing hitter, but he is a good defender.

    seems like hes what we need, and we got him for cheap too - 2 million + incentives
    but hes coming off of surgery so we'll see how it fairs out. what i dont understand is why we're putting him at 1b when we could switch chipper to 1st and move glaus to 3rd
