Tires smoke a little bit more. The marks do stay on the track. Look at my Porsche 944 tire marks.

If you want to drag race in single player just go to the list instead of season play.

yea but 1 mil is only enough for two or three cars fully modded... I race with all assists off, manual with clutch, hard opponents, which adds 100% bonus, and it still seems like it takes forever. I guess I was used to forza 2 where there was one race on the Nissan speedway, 10 laps, something like $25k for 1st place, plus difficulty bonuses. I used the GT40 and could do the race in under 6 minutes, for a total of somewhere around $45k per race. On forza 3 the same race only pays like $12k credits, which means even with 100% difficulty bonus I'm only getting $24k per race.

I had a R2 car within an hour of buying the game. I probably spent $400k on that one car including mods. At $25k/race with all assists off, it still takes like 15 races just to buy one R2 car.

Here's my Skyline. I currently have two setups, one for drag and one for drift. Drag is AWD, drift is RWD. I'm not quite done with it yet. I haven't had time to come up with a custom paint scheme...

yea i got the normal version,all i got was the download for the extra tracks and what not.

only car i want from the LE game is the ZR1,also has anyone seen that a RX-7 spirit R is in races but nowhere to buy not even locked.

it was a code that came with the game,i think it was for test track and sidewinder track and some cars(not sure which ones)

The RX-7 Spirit R, Subaru ST04, and 69 Camaro SS are 'unicorn' cars. You can only buy them in the auction houses, just like the TME Evo VI and 35th Anniversary SS Camaro like in Forza 2.

The crashes are too arcade like, I expected something better there and I believe the graphics in F2 were better during game play.
