I'm not sounding at all like a Fox announcer. I'm sounding like a fan that isn't going to get all his hopes up over one game. Dude, I'm a Falcons fan all the way through. I was a Falcons fan before you were born.
You haven't seen the picture I posted of me wearing a Falcons helmet that I got for Xmas back in 1981?
The 49ers have a much better defense than what was shown Sunday afternoon. That much is fact. Fortunately that defense wasn't working on a day that the Falcons offense WAS working. I'm happy as fuck over this win. I'm proud as fuck of the Falcons over the course of these past two season, man. Love watching Ryan play. More so than Vick, to be honest.
So get to know what I'm talking about before comparing, dude. It's all good, man, no love lost between us, homey. Later, QD.
I know you're a fan, I see you in these threads.
I just don't get the love fest for Singeltary and the Niners. He was a great player and really looks like he's got the team headed in the right direction, but they're not there yet.
Our O-line completely dominated them...even so much so that Singeltary felt the need to start talking smack to Harvey Dahl. It was a good old ass whipping and there was nothing the 49ers could have done to stop it.
No "love fest" from me. I've always loathed the Niners. But they've been playing much better ball all season until this game.
Let's agree to disagree.
Basically the Falcons took great advantage of a Niners team that wasn't all there Sunday. I reveled in it, too.
Playoff bound? I think so. A one loss season? I don't think so. I predict a 3 loss season for them. Later, QD.
