Lollipop, Ms. Officer, A milli were all radio hits and IMO GARBAGE SONGS. But they sold his record. It was what suburban WHITE people wanted to dance horribly in the clubs too :P

However, ive given some of his mixtapes a listen, he seems much more refined. Prob not as fucked up on his syrup either. I will say that he has some pretty catchy lyrics and hooks on his mixtapes. Do they tell a story and make a profound impact on society, no not at all. Is it cool to listen to, i think so.
I can agree with that. It's songs like the commercialized ones that get to a certain audience (white folks) that wouldn't usually listen to rap to listen. They come and listen to the stuff and then run around telling folks that they listen to rap.

As an old school dude, I guess I do take it a little to heart when I hear white dudes getting into rap and thinking they know all this and that when they don't really know that much. Nowadays, with the advent of GOOGLE and WIKIPEDIA, anyone can "know" anything without actually having lived or experienced it.

Now don't mistake that as I'm telling people what to like or not like, but to try and talk "shop" with someone that actually knows what's going down is pure ludicrous. I don't go into the FORCED INDUCTION section and talk turbos because I don't know shit. You know. Later, QD.
