    This is the officers report of what allegedly happened that night between the two of them. I must say this is kind of disturbing especially if you can visualize it happening. That fucker got off easy in my opinion.

    thats not the "officers" report, it's the lead detectives full write up of the entire incident from information he gathered over a period of time. that's the first thing the judge reads.
