I just saw this tonight with my girl and I gotta say it's pretty funny. The movie is like any other teen comedy movie following animal house, american pie, etc., but if you've ever worked/currently working at a restaurant, you will thoroughly enjoy this movie. There are many things in the movie that are true to life being a waiter/waitress. The only real drawback from the movie is that the movie goes off onto random tangents, and I know it's supposed to, but it just seemed like they just threw in some scenes just for the hell of it. Some scenes just didn't flow too well. It's definitely a dollar theatre or blockbuster rental, but if you really want some cheap laughs go for it. I'd give it about a 7/10, just because of the penis game

I saw it the day it came out, and it was worth the money if you're into those cheap laughs ala American Pie, Van Wilder. To me, Dane Cook was the funniest in that movie, but I think he's hilarious anyways.
