Its not always about the need for talent its leadership. If you don't build a strong team connection on and off the field you will never have the top notch team.
Look at the cowboys. they had all the talent in the world and still couldn't win because of the lack of leadership.
Tony is a great addition. He can help the younger players understand the game better as well as give good advice in the huddle.
