So the Braves just let John Smoltz, the biggest Atlanta sports legend in the last 15 years sign with the Red Sox over 2.5mill... I understand that he's getting older and he may not be worth the money in a statistical sense, but jesus the braves lost 10 times that just by not signing him. I dont know if it's Frank Wren or if it's Liberty Media, but fuck both of em. The Braves have accomplished NOTHING this season, and now they just let the Braves legend walk away... There goes morale. Here's to a shitty season... Liberty Media, sell the damn Braves to Arthur Blank or someone who actually cares about the team.

No but did you ever happen to notice that when he was starting 90% of the games they lost were lost cause of the SHITTY closers they have? You're right there's no I in team but the ultimate goal of a team is to win and the braves simply havent done that in a long time and there is no denying
