he def has that 'one punch power' that chuck was always known for, did ya hear even in evans corner at the end of the 2nd they told rashad to get away from those leg kicks, had to rewind the tivo to hear it? def have to give him more credit now after chuck and now griffin too, might be a great champ but he's gonna get some more testing soon

he needs to gain some other strengths like a ground game or something else, b/c his style will not keep him champ for long. Griffen leg kicks could have done evans in, but evans kept moving and didn't give griffen that many chances to unload some power kicks to him

Good night overall, lots of upsets. I'm actually glad Mir won, hes cool and hes got a lot of potential. Everybody hyped up Nog and his "improved striking game", but Mir destroyed him.

Some GREAT fights tonight! I was surprised to see that mir won but he definitely brought his A game tonight. Rampage kind of surprised me as well seeing as how he had already been knocked out twice by him before, bad knock outs at that. The Griffin vs. Evans fight disappointed me. Griffin in my opinion is still a more skilled fighter. Rashad was taking a beating to his legs just like Rampage did. Just caught griffin's leg at the right time and landed a good punch, I thought it was over. Then later came that big hit that rocked him and it was over The main reason I wasn't happy with the griffin vs. evans fight was the disrespect that rashad showed forrest in the 2nd round. Was glad to see that Griffin was the bigger man after his lost to run up and congratulate rashad on his victory. Can't wait to see who will be the next guy coming after the light heavyweight title!!!

It was a whole night of upsets. Nog lost, and looked like a shell of his former self. He didn't even looked like he trained, not that Mir looked much better. Wandy also looked like he abandoned everything his boxing coaches have been trying to teach him the past year, while Rampage looked more crisp with his punches, and was countering with straight punches during Silva's flurries. Rashad was also down 2 rounds going into the 3rd, and just started to get Forest's timing down.

I don't really even know what to say...all the guys who were favorites didn't look good. 2 of them train at Extreme Couture, and when I talked to my friends up there, they all said that Forest and Wandy were spot on ready for their fights last night. Just crazy stuff.

Anyway, I'm still all in for BJ beating GSP, because that's my boy, and I gotta support my friends! This one is in the books, so let's move on!

I talked to BJ last week and he's pretty amped. Actually, he's pretty pissed about not getting respect from a lot of people who think he can't beat GSP. He said to me "I'm ready to fight RIGHT NOW, and I'm gonna hurt GSP...BAD. People think they're gonna see the old BJ Penn, but they have another thing coming".

BJ is gonna be very ready for this fight, and there's no other fight I wanna see more. GSP is an awesome fighter, but BJ performs best when people think he can't win. A pissed off, and motivated BJ Penn isn't someone you wanna fuck with.
