Thread: played some old school NES last nite!

    im assuming your talking about your lives. when you get one of the turtles and kick the shell against a wall or step and you get the timing just right you can just keep jumping on it multiple times really fast and points/lifes rack up easily. thats the only way i remember how to do that. or edit the game

    haha, that game used to piss me off so bad when i was a kid. i would spend hours trying to get to the last boss or whatever and i would always die and have to start completely over. i dont think i ever beat it. i played it on the computer a few years ago where you could save but then it got deleted. where do i get those at? i used to have some emulator with like 500 games, but i dont know if that will work on a mac

    i think i seen it on the first world/level, or one of the first few. the one with the turtle walking down the stairs or between the pipe and the stairs to get to the finish flag. its pretty weird that i can remember that random ass thing from almost 15 years ago. i seen my aunt or cousin do it once to show me those symbols or whatever they are and i have remembered ever since. i could never get the timing right and died all the time, so that was the only time ive seen it

    me and a buddy played it last nite and i got it the first time ,lol , i couldnt for the life of me do it when i was younger

    yeah it seems alot easier now than it did then. but i just found out you can play NES on ps3 so im working on that!
