Its acid, the illegal drug. It was started by the government and it was intended for use on soldiers in war to be able to function more rapidly, almost superhuman. We use something like 20% of our brain and with acid it makes our senses multiplied, like we would be using 100%. Ive heard some soldiers would see bullets fly by in slow motion barely missing them and some were killed. I worked with a welder who was in and out of jail on many drug charges, etc.
