well I have an old a$$ receiver right now (like it was made in 1974) but it puts out amazing amounts of power for what I have I just need to update for my PS3 since I'm looking at a Sceptre 32" LCD 1080p from Costco ($600.00). but I like playing certain games on a tube TV mainly due to dark area issues in RFOM. But piecing a home stereo together is alot better, might cost more but in the long run a speaker goes you just buy a new speaker instead of having to mismatch or burn out your all-in-one set.
