Agreed, Hellsing Ultimate kicks @ss. Much better than the first series.

Is overrated and full of filler BS. Also, any series that spans more than 50 episodes is retarded. Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece all fit this category. These series could have been decent, if they weren't so stretched out.

Fags. Naruto, Bleach, One Piece are garbage. Naruto was good when it started, now it's shitty. Gotta wait for new season, almost here.

And Hellsing is fucking lame. Trigun > Hellsing all day.

Eureka 7 is for intelligent people, as is Fullmetal Alchemist, Bebop, P.Agent, and all the other GOOD anime.

Go watch you some Mind.Game, whore.

Did you just say FMA, Cowboy Bebop, and Paranoia Agent were for intelligent people?

Eureka 7 I could maybe, MAYBE, see as an intellectual anime. The rest are all just the same stuff that Cartoon Network plays over and over again. Paranoia Agent was kinda fun to watch, but it didn't make me think. Evangelion made me think.

Lame. Even on Cartoon Network, FMA is still good. Everything you've seen I saw years ago.

Paranoia Agent is a rather inelligent production. And anything Bones handles is always intelligent. Maybe you didn't catch the biblical references in FMA?

Evangelion? Boogiepop Phantom? Pffft... I hope you're asian, sporting a handle like Ran Kizama. Wtf weeaboo.

Yes, I am asian, and what do you mean "Everything you've seen I saw years ago"? Get a clue, you're not the only one who's been watching anime for years now. However, the anime boom really hit hard fairly recently when Toonami started airing about 4-5 years ago.

FMA is overrated. I've yet to see the movie, but the series wasn't a big hit with me. Also, just because a series makes references to things such as religion, it doesn't automatically make it good. Evangelion sparked me as superior in this aspect because it took these religious symbolisms and lore, and tied them together while still keeping them in context with their original aspects. I dunno, FMA was decent for what it was, but I couldn't get into it.

I will agree that Paranoia Agent was a fairly good anime, but it came off as a rather bland suspense anime. There was nothing there to really think about and the ending was surprisingly gay.

For someone who's bragging about being in anime for years now, everything you've listed so far has been fairly recent. How about some real old-school stuff? Green Legend Ran was my first anime when I was 7. What's yours?

You should also be smart enough to know that your opinion is subjective. Not that I need to... but I could point out plenty of different forums that disagree with your opinions on Fullmetal Alchemist.

Green Legend of Ran is just that, old school. Though it's not bad, I wouldn't invest time in watching it again.

My first anime was Ninja The Wonder Boy. Not too bad, but I haven't seen it since around the same age.

And, it's not a bad thing that Anime gets better with time. Unlike American cartoons. It should also be considered that I'm raising points about favorites, because I don't really have any old old favorites.

Flame of Recca could be considered old. I even like Kodoma No Omocha, which is pretty damned old.

Agreed, but I have trouble finding these forums without getting spammed by 14 year olds who think it's the greatest anime of all time.

    True.
The only forum I goto is www.downloadanime.org

That's the only way I can keep updated, that and my best friend back in Georgia, on new Anime.

Sadly, a good anime only comes once in a while. Ergo Proxy blows hard.

I still need to go and watch all of G.I.T.S, though. Stand-Alone Complex is pretty fucking nice.

I'll check that forum out later. I've been at anime-forums.com for a few days now. It's not bad.

I agree that good anime is getting harder to come by, but it also depends on what genre you're looking for. Stand Alone Complex is alright but I thought that the original G.I.T.S. was kinda of a let down. I mean it was unique and everything, but it was short and left me pretty unsatisfied.

I would recommend checking out Saikano. It's a love story, but it does have some pretty cool sci-fi elements blended into a war-time scenario.

Yeah, that's what it is: we have totally different tastes in anime. I couldn't sit and watch Saikano if you held a gun to my spine.

And that might be why you like Eureka Seven, even remotely so. It's basically a love story that borrows from Evangelion and other popular anime.

But, I do love E7... I've rewatched the series twice now.

Yea, but it's been a good discussion. Thanks for taking up an hour of my work day.

Well, the title sounds gay as hell. When you said MS Igloo I thought it was like Miss Igloo. WTF? Anyways, never been a Gundam fan but to each their own.
