    Yea... so me and my friend had a long ass talk about pc's and mac's hes had mac book or one of those laptops for a long time now and he vouches for apples, but........... my question is what do you guys think of that apple imac because im thinkin about getting one for my birthday this summer........

    I wish I had one lol. I've got a Macbook right now and it's been great, I don't have any complaints whatsoever. If I had a need for a desktop computer I would definitely buy an iMac.

    personally if you currently have a pc desktop i would suggest getting a mac mini for 599$ and use your current kvm. i grew up on mac and work as an windows admin; personally i prefer windows b/c there is unlimited support. there are pros/cons for both.

    another option is buy a mac and dual boot it w/ windows/mac os - get the best of both worlds.
