i am a yankees fan and the minute they signed jason giambi i knew there was trouble. then they sined a-rod and i knew it was over. i congradulate every single real redsox fan on the best comeback in major league sports history. but who had the second highest payroll last year in the majors? yankees #1, red sox #2. the owner and gm of the red sox put that team together to beat new york because they were tired of getting their asses handed to them year after year. all this doesn't matter 1 world series ain't shit. who was team of the century? the yankees! and the worst fans in the u.s. are #1 philly fans, #2 boston fans, #3 LA fans. philly fans will shoot you over iverson, boston fans will beat you up over the celtics, and LA fans are still talking about when Shaq and Kobe ruled the NBA.
