    just wondering... if so what kind of bicycle you got and where you go riding?

    I was really into mountain biking when i was younger. I worked at a shop called Bikeways at the horse park in Conyers. The trails there where really nice. I quit riding because all the knee surgeries i had to have. I still have my bikes.

    Helen has some nice trails. Horse park in Conyers had some really nice trails (havent been there in years).

    Does St. Mountain have any trails? I've never been there since I moved to Ga.

    Yeah those are awesome trails, I stopped riding after i was in a bike accident and had to get five stitches on my face..

    I do it occasionally, I have a brand new Mongoose XR-200 that i have taken to the trails yet.

    Havent tested out those Disc Brakes as yet; soon enough.

    I'll join in with yall. i still ride every couple weeks for a few hours, but thats nothing. I have a bianchi super ibex. Its a pretty decent bike, good enough for me. I could use new suspension, its kinda beat seeing hows its getting a little old. just tell me when.

    I think it would be awesome if we all could get together and ride once a week or every 2 weeks. I need to get back in shape

    I got a cannondale hard tail. i ride quite often, but its not too much fun doing it by myself.

    ^^ yea, local powerlines are boring after 15 min......

    check the paintball thread, we a re playing saturday, good way to get in shape

    Actually i have never played but I do have a gun that i traded a friend, I am selling it if yall are interested pm me, I stopped riding about 4 years ago... so i am outta shape!

    I cycle twice a wk arnd 10-20 miles.Not in the trail though but on the road.
