i have to buy a 360 now because im addicted to this fucking game. honestly though halo2 is the shit. ima get on right now.
i played halo2 since it came out, so i got a little bored, was on the verge of going professional and everything, i still have one of the original usernames on MLG to this day!

Why does everyone bash on Halo 2? It was an excellent game and nothing more or less than the developers intended. The problem is fanboys try to make it out to be some god-like game and raise anticipation levels, it's all psychological. I haven't even blinked an eye at Halo 3 yet, and avoided all the hype, so I already know I'm going to enjoy it.

I don't think there was a better way to say it. It is a game and it is meant to be fun. To some, it is viewed as more than a game. I've played Halo and Halo 2, both fun games and I look forward to Halo 3 being just as fun.

personally, i liked halo 2 much more than halo 1.
halo 2 was awesome...but i quit once people started modding and next thing u know people were zooming across the screen...actually that wasnt even the reason why i quit...i quit cause my 12 year old brother got better and started beating me...damn asian kids and their hand eye coordination

Halo 2 was a disappointment because of the totally inconclusive ending, short campaign (even on the higher difficulty levels) uninteresting campaign (everything that involves brutes or flood equals epic boredom) and watered down MP. The Submachine Gun as a starting weapon is TERRIBLE and encourages shit play.
That being said, its still the best console shooter released to this point and I played it earlier tonight a bit.
