Browsing through the Falcon's INBOX, I came across this letter that was written in response to a letter they received:

To whom it may concern:

From this point forward, if you would please relay to the junk file all incoming messages from people that have no idea how to run, manage or coach a team, yet try to tell us what we should do. As easy as it appears when you're sitting in your living room to make "the right calls," there are many more variations to consider when handling business as an actual part of the team.
