The fact that 50 performed for some rich kid's Bar mitzvah should have all but obliterated his "street cred". I give 50 mad props for being a good salesman. He's made a lot of money by selling garbage packaged as music. The problem he's now facing is, the mindless herd that he caters to is finally beginning to realize that the garbage he's packaged as music really is just garbage. He's like a salesman that never changed his sales pitch. In no way, shape, or form is 50 Hip-Hop. If he is the barometer by which Hip-Hop is to be measured, Hip-Hop is truly DEAD!
