    Default The Seven Samurai - 1954 Samurai Goodness FTW!

    Has anyone here seen Akira Kurosawa's The Seven Samurai? If you haven't, holy hell is it pimp! Lots of action, drama, and a great storyline in classic black & white make it nothing short of outstanding. It's about 3 1/2 hours long, but is worth every minute. I finally found the Special Edition pack at Movie Warehouse for $40 and snatched it up.

    Anyone else had a chance to check it out?

    such a great movie, and I highly recommend The Twilight Samurai for another awesome samurai flick

    I haven't seen that one but I'll check it out. I hear the drama series SHOGUN is really good as well but I'm having trouble finding it.

    I think so. I got the 3 DVD pack with the collectors booklet.
