As for games the 360 does have more games. but in good games i'd say their about even. In the end again it just comes down to what you wanna play
I wanna play final fantasy series and also god of war 3.. so obviously i have a ps3.
if you want to play halo series.. well then get a 360.

Also personally tho *this may not matter to most people* i like that i can upgrade the hd anytime i want to whatever size at a cheap price. And some dont care about the HD player or blu-ray.. but personally i love the blu-ray player and its quality.
