spider man 3 was my favorite one. it was soo diff. than the others and i thought overall they did a really good job with it. i thought the 1st one was ok and the second one was pretty good and the 3rd one was really good. overall i give it like a 7.5/10. it was definitely worth 7 bucks.

i loved it... i've been a spidey fan since well... i can remember...

i liked this movie much better than i did spidey 2... what most people don't realize is that the love story has a lot to do with spiderman.. that's why they have to put it in there...

as far as venom goes.. they could have done a little better.. made him more a part of the movie.. tophers teeth should've stayed normal when his head was not in the suit.... venom should have always said WE instead of i... and they should have done more with his voice.

other than the dancing in the street... i thought it was an over all great movie... there could've been a few more fight scenes.. (the first fight scene was incredible, and the emo peter vs harry at the mansion was incredible too)

I will say that Venom looks cool once you actually see him, but he was such a mockery of the character that I honestly couldn't wait for the movie to end. When he appeared I had high hopes that it would pull the movie up for a triumphant ending. He's just a petty bitch with no real motivation for being as evil as they try to make him out to be. If you like Venom, you'd best kill all hopes of seeing justice done to him right now. It's really deceptive too, because when you first see him it's bad ass. It looks like it's going to redeem some of the cornier moments, but it doesn't. He doesn't call himself "we" nor is he ever referred to as Venom at any point in the entire movie. His tongue is on the action figure, but nowhere in the movie. No green saliva. He does not eat any brains, nor even make a reference to brain consumption. The suit only morphs to show Topher Grace's face. He sulks and whines.

I felt like they used some of Carnage's characteristics (awkwardly comedic & sadistic) for the movie adaptation of Venom. I'm no Spidey fan boy so I could be wrong. As a self proclaimed comic geek, I have long since given up on any hope of a comic movie sticking to the actual comic book story line. I do feel that, of all the comic movies I've see, I feel that the Spidey series is one of the more true to book story lines...even though...they really lost me in the 1st movie when Peter produced webbing rather than having to invent the web shooters

i think spiderman 3 was the best out of all of them. i loved it when he went emo spidey it was hilarious. venom will be back. if hes not i swear to god i will destroy the writers.

who else thinks SHOCKER would be a bad ass enemy? Shocker comes with lots of explosions. There are just so many characters its really hard.

OH AND WHY WAS VENOMS VOICE SO LIGHT THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST MADE HIM A LITTLE BUFFER AND TOUGHER SOUNDING

i just got back from seeing it , heres my .02:

1) way to long
2) Way to much crying


Those were my only 2 gripes. Some other stuff bothered me, but i can live with it. Ok ok ok we get it, Spiderman lives a troubled life. He an Mary Jane have problems, we get that. We dont need 2 movies back to back examining all that.

They spent too much time on the love story an not enough time focusing on the bad guys an other aspect of the story line.

Venom IMO will be back. the Symbiote survived, even though you see Brocks skeleton when the bomb goes off, i think he somehow will survive inside the symbiote.

I think they did a DECENT job of portraying venom. he had the teeth, he had the tongue, he had the humor. the only thing i disagree with was how quickly they threw him in the movie then dispensed with him. They could dedicate an ENTIRE movie to venom vs spiderman. there was no reason to make it a 30minute battle an end it.

By doing that the neglected Sandman vs Spiderman. It seemed like the bad guys in this movie hadno real storyline, and they were rushed into the script. the movie didnt flow nearly as well as the first 2. it was very choppy like they rushed it, and they put too much into it.

I hope in Number 4 they explore more of Venom, an i hope at the END OF 4 they bring Carnage out. that is the only way they will salvage the franchise IMO. they need to dedicate #4 to Venom vs Spiderman vs Carnage .

If this is all the venom we get to see, then they seriously screwed up with this movie.

It wasnt a BAD movie, it just was no where near what the previews led you to believe. i was dissapointed , but not by alot. i give it 5/10.

i hope transformers lives up to the hype

i have to agree it wasnt the best. the fighting scenes were badass though, no denying in that.

1 - emo peter was the funniest. i could not stop laughing. eyelines, black hair, depressed, hair covering only one eye, and doing the emo-hair-move. 10/10 i laughed so hard the whole time he was emo.

2 - venom as eveyrones said, shouldve said we, and should not have died, if he did that is.

3 - if carnage had also appeared it wouldve been very badass, but 2 hrs was long enough.

4 - why the fuck does every spidey, matter of fact, every american movie, ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY have to have the american banner?! god patriotism is a good thing, but hollywood takes it to the next level. i fucking hate it when movies do that shit.

I thought it was a very good movie, very entertaining. Bruce Campbell was hilarious in it. it has music, songs, and love. big deal you have to remember chicks see movies too.

It was a let down. Even when the Symbiote had bonded with Peter the suit was suspose to change so that it would look like Venom's current suit, but didn't. This whole movie was WRONG...lol

Saw the movie last night.

I had the girlfriend watch Spiderman 1 and 2 with me last week, and she liked both of them. I didnt realize how long this movie was though. We had gone to see a 7:30 showing and didnt get out till 10. That was a big suprise. Anyways, I didnt think the movie was bad at all. It could have done without the gay dancing in the street. Which was really random, but once that was over then it wasnt bad at all. Im definitly buying it when it comes out on DVD though.

It can't possibly be the same as the comic....it IS a movie...and it did bring in the most money so far. If you didn't like it, you still paid to see it....so they got your money lol.

overall ok story, i guess...

like the initial post 6/10
