Something seems fishy about that Cadance amp and it's ratings. It goes from a 50 W/channel at 4 ohms to 500 w/channel at 2 ohms???? That's not usually how it works. It also doesn't mention any onboard crossover, although in the pic it looks like it does have it.

If that's your only two choices, I'd have to vote for the Hifonics myself.
