PSP Games

Im trying to find some goos games for PSP that will hold my attention (i have A.D.D) do it is hard to play a game for very long. already beat need for speed rivals and am engossed in Untold legends 1. id liek to find a good rpg. any one? oh is dynasty warriors 2 any good 1 sucked

sorry to say, most psp games suck. mine pretty much acts as an MP3 player since i refuse to buy apple products (i.e. ipod). but there are some really standout ones like syphon filter, liberty city stories, vice city stories, mgs: portable ops, killzone, etc.

you can hack the psp and you can download psp games like i do,

here are some good ones,

I don't play PSP games on my PSP. I play Playstation games, GBA games, SNES games, etc. LOL

God of War for psp is coming out later on this year. Probably around the fall. I know you're thinking it'll probably just be a port of the first God of War game directly onto the psp, but it's not going to be. Cory Barlog (GoW director) said it's going to be completely seperate, all new adventure that ties into overall scheme of the GoW franchise. Can't wait.

But as for games right now, there's a decent RPG out called Valhalla Knights. Also try Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, Gurumin, and kingdom of Paradise.
There are good games out there just do your research first. No need in blowing 30 or 40 bucks on something you won't play.

actually nah, you dont you can play your own ps2 games without the ps3, i play final fantasy 7 on mine

Go to www.psp-hacks.com and look in the message board, there is a guide to installing the custom firmware that you have to have to play your own playstation games. You don't have to have a PS3 if you install Dark Alex's custom firmware.

Well, when you change firmwares there is always the slight chance to brick your PSP, meaning make it completely useless and unfixable. This is an uncommon thing nowadays though. Dark Alex (the guy who made this firmware) basically combined firmwares 1.50 and 3.02/3.03/3.10. This means that it has all the features of the recent firmware and the homebrew & hacking capabilities of the older firmware.

Well, what firmware do you have right now?

Find what firmware you have underneath the Downgrades part where it has links for the different versions. Just run the right downgrader and all so that your at 1.50. Then on that same page, download the 3.10 OE-A update and run it. Then you'll be able to do all the same things like normal and be able to do all the cool homebrew software and play PS1 games.

You only have to put one disc of the game on the memory card at a time until the game asks for the next, so anywhere from 400-500mb.

well worth the money, if you like a good rpg. kop is fun, lots of stuff to collect. interesting story line, too. and everybody loves magic/swordfights. vp:l...what to say about that one...well, if you play on easy mode, the enemies are weak, and you get lots of xp. however, you can't gain access to several areas, you only get the worst ending, and a number of weapons are unavailable. normal mode is the basic, full game. hard mode, you can get very powerful weapons, but the enemies are probably really hard, and you get a minimal amount of xp. also, some areas are available only in easy, some only in normal, some only in hard. but it just depends on what you want with it. that's all i've got for now. good luck with finding good games.

*so it plays downloaded psp games, ps1, and a bunch of old school systems
*make it run faster than a regular psp overclock
*listen to your mp3s while you play a game or do anything on the psp
*the psp can be used as a universal remote, a remote for your pc, ps3,
*and ill install a keyboard driver for it so you can use a ir keyboardd on it
