Ok, heres the scoop (correct me if I'm wrong, it's early)

Saturday (23) is the Baptist Church Show 285 east around to i-20 east, get off at the first exit which is wesley chapel, take a right off the exit and go to the first red/green/yellow light and take a left, go through i believe 2 red lights then you will come to a road that cuts off to the right called panola rd turn right there, go about 3 miles and the church is on the left and it is first baptist church or ellenwood. 11am - 3pm (cutoff at 1pm) $20 to show

Sunday (24 My bday, I expect presents) is Dreams Motorsports 6334 Tara Blvd 30236 10am -5pm $25 to show

    Am I missing anything?

If you know meeting spots in these areas, post em.

With it being well over 105 degrees they say with the heat index both of these days, There is no shot in hell I will be doing both, The only reason I will sit and suffer in that heat Saturday is because I gave Cliff my word Id be there, because we all saw how hot it was Sunday at the show, and that wasonly 90 degree's, so imagine how hot this weekend will be, So one showis more then enough for me.

We all do need to set up a meet spot for the Church show so we can all roll in as a team.

Boss's suck...I have to work all friggin weekend. Cliff (I think youre the guy with the church show) you'll be receiving a donation in my absence. If thats not Cliff, the church will still get a donation. Sorry guys, I think I'll be missing yet another show...

Upside: I get paid hella good on the weekend, that money WILL be going into the car.

EDIT - I JUST read the new thread, disregard this...

SLAP is a fuckin rip off, Its $30 and EVERYONE gets a trophey, because never enough people show to fill the Top 20 Mild and Top 20 Wild they do. So if you dont mind winning by default ( Not how I enjoy to win, nor would be proud to win ) then go right on and go there. They are usally 9-4 and at the HI FI shows its just a plaque they give you, not even a trophey

^^ Only 10 cars were there that where not with Dream Motorsports and 20 were Dream Motorsports cars, So I see that was not a show at all, Glad I didnt waste my time in the heat all day

QD called me from the show and was laughing at how small it was

Just out of curiosity??? When did people/companies start throwing car shows and letting their own people/company cars win??? That just makes no sence to me.

Lams had thier cars showing to ( Atleats thier customers ) and thats what these cars where today right, Thier customer cars?

Sucks when ANY show lets thier own people compete regardless

Oh is DREAM a club? I thought it was a shop, Okay.. Then NOT COOL AT ALL but then without them you would have had only 13 cars showing...lol

But if they where customer cars I can see them showing AS LONG as the judges were unbiased, If that was able to be done

At shows Dream Motorsports enters as a team. Remember, the were announced as winner of HIN Atlanta for Team Participation until they recounted our cars.

Yes, Lams did the same thing at their show. That just seems absurd and bias. I dunno, I wasn't at that show but anytime you host a show, your cars should not be allowed to compete.
