He was taking her pic in front of my car because I asked him to. He didn't realize you were behind him, or he would've moved. I saw what happened and you were bent down when you were taking pics, so even if he looked behind him, he wouldn't have seen you. It wasn't like he intentionally tried to get in front of you.
