Mine is on Foam Board that is a little less then 1/2'' thick. The Board is 20x30 and can be bought for ~$3 a sheet in a pack of 5. Then printing is only $30 at the place I took mine to and they will mount it to the board for you. I was just offering to do the designing and having them made up for your guys if you wanted a cheaper alternative.

cool... I will show u mine and we can compare... maybe they are the same thing.... and if u can do it cheaper... well then u need to sponsor a few cars to get it out for ya, and start selling...
