    I have already spoken with xbox live rep. and they have sent me a token (e-mail with key to start membership back) that can be passed along to someone else

    The membership is frozen until the buyer enters in the code and then it will open from that moment and give the new owner Confirmed !!! Has full 12 month subscription and i have the key in hand!!

    I will stay in touch with you til the membership is active and if they have any problems (which they will not) I will refund the buyer 100% of the $40 dollars
