oh all of them have the cartridge in them it's just that you cannot print too many pages but for testing purpose it's not a problem.
Bring a laptop if you need to and just download the HP printer driver and I can meet you at like a starbucks or someplace with an electrical outlet.
You can test them out, if you like it then it's sold if not well then it's not..lol.
All of them are in 100% working order, I guarantee cause you have my celly and I will give you full refund if it does not.
EK needs a new tune? baby needs more boost so a good tuner is needed....anyone?
